1. Commercial License & Generation Ownership

Paid plan subscribers maintain full commercial rights and intellectual property ownership over output images generated using Sharedjourny software tools. Free-tier users are granted a personal non-commercial license.

2. Prohibited Content & Ethical Usage

Users are strictly prohibited from generating:

• Non-consensual deepfake portraits of real individuals without written authorization.
• Hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal visual representations.
• Assets that infringe upon active registered trademarks or copyrights.

3. Service Availability & GPU Quotas

While we strive for 99.9% service uptime, GPU generation queues may fluctuate during peak global usage hours.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
